Kokius duomenis tvarkome?
Paslaugos teikimo metu gali būti tvarkomi šie asmens duomenys:
- renginio metu padaryta jūsų nuotrauka;
- pagal ją sugeneruotas AI eskizas.
Mes nerenkame daugiau duomenų, nei būtina paslaugai suteikti. Jeigu paslaugai nereikia jūsų vardo, telefono numerio ar el. pašto adreso, šie duomenys nėra renkami.
Jei AI eskizas kuriamas vaikui, paslaugą teikiame tik gavus vieno iš tėvų arba teisėto globėjo sutikimą.
Kokiu tikslu tvarkomi duomenys?
Jūsų nuotrauka naudojama tik tam, kad būtų sukurtas individualus AI eskizas, kurį gaunate renginio metu.
Jūsų duomenys nėra naudojami reklamai, rinkodarai, profiliavimui, automatizuotam sprendimų priėmimui, dirbtinio intelekto modelių mokymui ar jokiais kitais su šia paslauga nesusijusiais tikslais.
Koks yra duomenų tvarkymo teisinis pagrindas?
Jūsų asmens duomenys tvarkomi remiantis jūsų sutikimu (Bendrojo duomenų apsaugos reglamento 6 straipsnio 1 dalies a punktas), kurį išreiškiate savanoriškai pasirinkdami naudotis AI eskizo kūrimo paslauga.
Savo sutikimą galite bet kuriuo metu atšaukti iki jūsų asmens duomenų ištrynimo. Sutikimo atšaukimas neturi įtakos duomenų tvarkymo, atlikto iki jo atšaukimo, teisėtumui.
Ar naudojamas dirbtinis intelektas?
Taip. AI technologija naudojama tik jūsų eskizui sugeneruoti.
Originali nuotrauka nėra naudojama dirbtinio intelekto modelių mokymui ar tobulinimui.
Informuojame, kad sugeneruotas eskizas yra dirbtinio intelekto sugeneruotas turinys.
Veido atvaizdas nėra naudojamas jūsų tapatybei nustatyti, autentifikuoti ar kitais biometrinio identifikavimo tikslais.
Ar duomenys perduodami tretiesiems asmenims?
Paslaugai teikti naudojame technologijų partnerio Picture Mosaics LLC teikiamus dirbtinio intelekto sprendimus ir debesijos infrastruktūrą. Picture Mosaics LLC veikia kaip mūsų duomenų tvarkytojas ir tvarko asmens duomenis tik tiek, kiek būtina AI eskizo sukūrimo paslaugai suteikti.
Duomenų apdorojimui naudojama infrastruktūra gali būti automatiškai parenkama pagal naudojamo įrenginio interneto ryšį ir geografinį artumą. Lietuvos teritorijai artimiausi duomenų centrai paprastai yra Frankfurte (Vokietijoje) arba Ciuriche (Šveicarijoje).
Jeigu duomenys tvarkomi Šveicarijoje, toks perdavimas vykdomas remiantis Europos Komisijos sprendimu dėl tinkamo asmens duomenų apsaugos lygio.
Jeigu duomenys tvarkomi už Europos ekonominės erdvės ribų, tokiam perdavimui taikomi Bendrojo duomenų apsaugos reglamento numatyti tinkami duomenų perdavimo mechanizmai. Kai taikoma, perduodant duomenis remiamasi Europos Komisijos pripažintais perdavimo mechanizmais, įskaitant ES–JAV duomenų privatumo sistemą (EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, DPF).
Kiek laiko saugomi duomenys?
Originali nuotrauka saugoma tik tiek, kiek būtina AI eskizui sukurti ir paslaugai suteikti, o paslaugai pasibaigus ištrinama ne vėliau kaip per 24 valandas.
Sugeneruotas AI eskizas saugomas ne ilgiau kaip 24 valandas nuo jo sukūrimo, po to negrįžtamai ištrinamas.
Kokias teises turite?
Jūs turite teisę:
- gauti informaciją apie savo asmens duomenų tvarkymą;
- susipažinti su savo asmens duomenimis;
- prašyti ištaisyti netikslius duomenis;
- prašyti ištrinti savo asmens duomenis, jei tam yra teisinis pagrindas;
- apriboti duomenų tvarkymą teisės aktuose numatytais atvejais;
- nesutikti su jūsų asmens duomenų tvarkymu, kai tai numato teisės aktai;
- gauti savo pateiktus asmens duomenis struktūrizuotu, įprastai naudojamu ir kompiuterio skaitomu formatu arba prašyti juos perduoti kitam duomenų valdytojui, kai tai taikoma;
- bet kuriuo metu atšaukti savo sutikimą, jei duomenys tvarkomi sutikimo pagrindu;
- pateikti skundą Valstybinei duomenų apsaugos inspekcijai.

This privacy notice explains how your personal data is processed when you use the AI sketch creation service during an event.

What data do we process?
During the provision of the service, the following personal data may be processed:
- your photograph taken during the event;
- the AI-generated sketch created based on your photograph.
We do not collect more data than necessary to provide the service. If your name, phone number, or email address is not required for the service, such data is not collected.
If an AI sketch is created for a child, the service is provided only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
For what purpose do we process your data?
Your photograph is used only to create an individual AI sketch that you receive during the event.
Your data is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling, automated decision-making, training or improving artificial intelligence models, or for any other purposes unrelated to this service.
What is the legal basis for processing your data?
Your personal data is processed based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation), which you provide voluntarily by choosing to use the AI sketch creation service.
You may withdraw your consent at any time before your personal data is deleted. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Is artificial intelligence used?
Yes. AI technology is used only to generate your sketch.
The original photograph is not used for training or improving artificial intelligence models.
Please note that the generated sketch is AI-generated content.
The facial image is not used for identifying, authenticating, or otherwise uniquely identifying you, and is therefore not processed as biometric data for identification purposes under Article 9 of the GDPR.
Are your data shared with third parties?
To provide the service, we use artificial intelligence solutions and cloud infrastructure provided by our technology partner Picture Mosaics LLC. Picture Mosaics LLC acts as our data processor and processes personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the AI sketch creation service.
The infrastructure used for data processing may be automatically selected based on the internet connection of the device used and geographical proximity. The data centres closest to Lithuania are generally located in Frankfurt (Germany) and Zurich (Switzerland).
Where data is processed in Switzerland, such transfer is based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision recognising Switzerland as providing an adequate level of personal data protection.
Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, appropriate data transfer mechanisms provided for under the General Data Protection Regulation are applied. Where applicable, transfers are based on European Commission-recognised transfer mechanisms, including the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF).
How long is the data stored?
The original photograph is stored only for as long as necessary to create the AI sketch and provide the service. After the service has been completed, the photograph is deleted no later than within 24 hours.
The generated AI sketch is stored for no longer than 24 hours after its creation and is then permanently deleted.
What rights do you have?
You have the right to:
- receive information about the processing of your personal data;
- access your personal data;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of your personal data where there is a legal basis to do so;
- request restriction of processing in cases provided by law;
- object to the processing of your personal data where applicable under legal provisions;
- receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or request its transfer to another data controller where applicable;
- withdraw your consent at any time if the processing is based on consent;
- submit a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania.
